Open Door Exmouth
Open Door Exmouth has been at the heart of the Exmouth community since 1995. Having started through the local church as a twice weekly drop-in service for rough sleepers, our projects have evolved over the years to meet the growing needs of our community. We now operate as a multi-service charity, providing welcoming spaces and support across the age groups. We are motivated by the call to ‘love your neighbour’, seeking to make a difference in people’s lives. We are passionate about combating isolation and poverty, developing skills, promoting positive mental health and well being, and compassionately supporting those most in need within the town.
